Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Handling of the Products
Our handcrafted wooden powder surfboards are unique and require careful handling until you have made your final decision to keep them. You are allowed to handle the surfboards to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning but should not take them into operation until you have decided to keep the product. Any surfboards that have been used or diminished in value may incur a deduction from your refund to cover the diminished value.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. This reimbursement will be made within 14 days after we have received the returned goods and confirmed their condition. We may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been returned and inspected. Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund will only be processed after our inspection confirms that the surfboards are in their original condition and have not been used.
